Most websites of the GTA agents are looking beautiful and fancy, however the website will not make you money because everybody can pay professionals and have it done. You can do it too.

I'm convinced I have to offer you something that you can’t find in the other websites, for the simple reason that I distance myself from the rest of the agents. For example:

  1. I’m the only one in GTA (41,000 agents and counting) and in Ontario with car licence plate depicting the one of the Supernanny:   S P R N A N N Y   looking like this:   S P R A G E N T
  2. I’m the only one in Canada with the domain name www.super-agent.ca

    SUPER = Greater or better than the others of kind

Every agent claims verbally “I’m the best”, “I can sell your house for more money than anyone else”, however no one takes responsibility to make such claims in writing. I’m the only one to dare doing it and when you think everyone else could’ve done it before me but no one else did - please ask yourself why? First of all I’m not one of the 80% agents who are new or sell little or nothing, and:

  1. I made my claims because I’m obsessed with selling houses for as much money as possible
  2. When I made my claims I was already HALL of FAME member with RE/MAX (2003) and top 5% agent in GTA (2003)
  3. The third reason is that about 95% of the agents are ex average high school students. I graduated from university and with honors and I can’t compare myself with people who have lower than my education when it comes to business.
  4. Every house can be Easily sold for 5% to 10% more than similar ones and for 5% to 10% less than similar ones. The most important reason for my claims is that I made them after I learned what it takes to sell a house for 5 to 10% more than similar ones, something not written anywhere and you will hear it from me first time in your life time. And guess who will be the judge whether I’m right or not – you and nobody else. Obligation to sell with me or to buy with me? – NO!
